My Role & Team Composition
I was the sole designer and website manager for this project and collaborated with Marketing, Sales, Support and Leadership to define priorities and write site content. I then used Adobe Creative Suite to provide mockups for the group to review.
Once design had been approved, I implemented all of the site changes using WordPress, HTML, and CSS.

Original Website
Confusing Architecture & Chaotic Typography
Commonly requested information was not easily accessible to potential buyers, and while the site offered high quality resources on cyber security, the organization of the page was chaotic, impacting downloads and reducing visibility.

Low-Fidelity Wireframes
Home, Landing & Contact Pages
Before creating low-fidelity wireframes, I reviewed customer complaints, competitor sites, and current metrics for insight. Then I presented my ideas to the team to discuss layout ideas and adjust content as needed.

Finalized Designs
Responsive & Easy to Navigate
These designs resulted in a 32 percent reduction in the site's bounce rate, a 14 percent increase in conversions and an 57 percent increase in downloads as measured in Google Analytics.
